→ Proposal for Breckenridge Village of Tyler

Built by making better decisions.

Breckenridge Village runs a lean, fast-moving marketing operation that spans campaigns, events, social, and ongoing design, often all at once, and often concentrated around the moments that matter most to the mission. This is a creative partnership built to bring clarity early and carry a clear, durable brand through every one of them.

→ The approach

Clarity, not output.

Dear Michelle, I created three levels of partnership around the strategic guidance, creative leadership, and executional support you might need and not a menu of disconnected deliverables.

Each partnership reserves dedicated access to &OAK’s connected team throughout the year, giving Breckenridge Village greater clarity, continuity, and confidence as new campaigns, events, and priorities emerge.

For a lean marketing team, the greatest need is rarely more output alone. It is a trusted partner who can help determine what matters, make better brand decisions, and translate those decisions into thoughtful, effective work.

The result is a more consistent brand, stronger campaigns, and a marketing operation that can move forward with greater conviction.

→ What you're building toward

Initial goals shaping the creative.

Breckenridge Village is working toward broader recognition across East Texas and a connection with a younger audience. We design toward both.

O1

Awareness across East Texas

A clear, repeatable story of why Breckenridge Village matters to this region, and the creative to carry it into the places East Texas already gathers.

  • An awareness message platform every campaign ladders up to
  • Church partnership toolkit: inserts, slides, announcement materials
  • Community & campus co-branding materials
  • Google Ad Grant creative, focused on the East Texas area
  • Event presence, signage, and campus-tour materials
O2

A younger audience

Creative that feels current rather than institutional, meeting a younger audience of future donors, volunteers, and advocates where they already are.

  • A short-form video system: spotlights told with dignity and consent
  • Platform-native content templates and campaign series
  • Campus partnership and peer-to-peer creative
  • Values-forward content on inclusion and belonging
  • Modern recruitment creative for volunteers and care roles

→ Included in every plan

The core creative capabilities.

All three plans draw on the same craft. The tier sets how much capacity you have, and how deeply we're involved in strategy and campaign direction.

  • Campaign development and design
  • Promotional and event materials
  • Social media creative assets
  • Campaign creative and messaging
  • Adaptation of existing brand and campaign materials
  • Design across social, email, print & presentation

→ Capabilities we draw on

The full range, within your capacity.

Nonprofit marketing spans a wide field across the year. These are the pieces we most often produce for organizations like yours, drawn from your monthly capacity as your calendar calls for them.

→ How the partnership works

Clear terms keep it durable.

Reserved capacity

Time held for you

Your monthly plan reserves a dedicated block of &OAK's time, and with it, our best thinking. We hold that capacity open whether or not every hour is used in a given month. You're partnering with a connected team, not buying a bucket of hours.

Active workstreams

Fast, not scattered

Each plan sets how many projects run at once. It isn't a limit on how much you can send. It's how we protect turnaround and quality, so active work stays quick and considered instead of everything moving slowly together.

Revisions & turnaround

Considered, on time

Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions, with additional rounds at the standard rate. Standard turnaround is roughly 5 to 7 business days; work needed faster is a rush, subject to availability and a premium agreed in advance.

Additional capacity

$160 / hour

If a month runs beyond your reserved hours, additional time is available with your approval at $160 per hour. Larger campaigns that need concentrated production are planned ahead so we can staff and deliver them well.

→ Rollover policy

A little give, no growing liability.

  • Up to 25% of unused monthly capacity rolls into the following month.
  • Rolled capacity is used first and expires after 30 days.
  • Rollover carries no cash or refund value, and applies only while the retainer is active.
  • Rolled capacity is subject to scheduling and cannot displace committed work.
  • Larger campaigns are planned in advance rather than drawn from banked capacity.
PlanCapacityMax rollover
$2,50015 hrs4 hrs
$4,00025 hrs6 hrs
$6,00040 hrs10 hrs

Why the cap

Your busiest stretches, like year-end giving, East Texas Giving Day, and major events, are also when creative demand peaks across the board. Capping rollover keeps our reserved capacity real and available at exactly the moments that matter most to the mission, rather than promising a volume of work in one peak month that couldn't be delivered with the clarity and care your brand deserves.

→ Bigger initiatives

Scoped projects, quoted separately.

Some work is large enough to stand on its own. &OAK takes these on as defined projects, quoted individually, a natural path as the partnership grows.

  • Annual reportFlagship impact storytelling, designed end to end.
  • Capital-campaign collateralCase statements and giving-level materials for initiatives like The Cross Project.
  • Full brand & identity systemGuidelines and sub-brand architecture across your programs.
  • Website & landing pagesDesign and development for campaigns, events, and giving.
  • Short-form video systemA repeatable engine for resident, staff, and mission stories.
  • Photography directionArt direction and production for authentic, on-brand imagery.

→ Getting started

Draft three-month pilot.

Great partnerships compound. We begin with a three-month pilot at the plan you choose. That's enough time to align, do real work together, and settle on the right steady-state plan before your next budget cycle.

Month 1
O1

Discover & align

A light step-back kickoff, folded into the pilot, aligning on brand, priorities, and the year's calendar so the work starts with clarity.

Months 1 to 3
O2

Build & activate

We work the plan across your live campaigns and events, learning your real rhythm as we go.

Pilot close
O3

Learn & refine

We review together and set the right standing plan, turning early clarity into a lasting advantage, then reassessing quarterly.

At the end of the pilot, we review together

  • Hours and capacity actually used
  • Types of requests submitted
  • Turnaround expectations and revision volume
  • Meeting and project-management time
  • Any outside production costs
  • Whether the monthly plan should hold, rise, or ease
